Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Location: Based from Rushden, Northants.

Due to ongoing business development, we are seeking enthusiastic and determined Field Service Engineers to join our dynamic team. This exciting role offers a chance to learn and grow, providing opportunities to work independently and as part of a team across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Dismantling: Safe installation and dismantling of Tower Cranes, including Self Erecting Tower Cranes.
• Maintenance and Servicing: Carrying out scheduled maintenance and servicing on cranes, generators, and accessories.
• Fault Diagnosis & Repairs: Diagnose and repair faults on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Flexible & Driven: Motivated to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Working at Height: Ability to work at height and outdoors as required by the role.
• Full Driving License: Essential for travel across the UK.
• Travel Willingness: Must be open to traveling throughout the UK, including overnight stays.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Qualifications: Ideally holds an engineering or mechanical qualification.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit due to the nature of manual work.
