The main elements of a self erector refurbishment:
- Thoroughly examine all elements
- The crane is then stripped to main elements
- Replace or repair parts as necessary
- Replace all bearings
- Check, replace or relaquer all motors
- Sand blast and refinish all painted parts
- Reassemble
- Erect test and certify
