Mantis Cranes was in Stainton recently to install a Self Erecting Tower Crane on the Stainton Aqueduct restoration project.
The aqueduct was heavily damaged during storm Desmond and storm Eva in 2015. Works commenced on site in August and are likely to last around 9 months. Our Self Erecting Tower Crane is due to be on site for roughly 12 weeks.
Self Erecting Tower Crane on the Stainton Aqueduct Restoration
The 35.10 Self Erecting Tower Crane is a crane that is manufactured by Mantis Cranes at our factory in Ireland. It has a jib range of 35 metres and can lift 1,000kg at full range. It has a max lifting capacity of 4,000kg. This crane can is well suited to smaller developments where space is restricted. More information on this crane can be found here.
