Since last week we have a Mantis 35.10 Self Erecting Crane on hire in Derry on a residential construction project.
The Mantis 35.10, our flagship crane, is very popular due to the speed of deployment and the ease with which it can be erected on a site with restricted space. This Pedestrian Operated Tower Crane offers a 23.3m height under hook at the end of the 35m jib. The lifting capacity is 1,000kg at the jib end and 4,000kg at 12.05m.

Our client is currently working on a residential property development site comprising of approximately 260 homes. The Self Erecting Crane will be on site for a hire period of, roughly, 18 months. Over that time the crane will be moved a number of timse as our client intends to use it to reach the areas on site that are not easily accessed using other material handling solutions.
