The construction project, that our client is curre
ntly working on, includes a four-storey building comprising of two one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom flats. Additionally there are four three-bedroom houses with associated parking and landscaping works following demolition of existing building.
The FM Gru City Tower Crane provides a jib length of 30m and a Tower Height of 29m. It provides a maximum lift of of 2,500kg, 1,250kg at the jib end. The Pedestrian Operated Tower Crane will be on the project for approximately 20 weeks.
