Types of Construction Hoists
Goods Only Hoist
Goods Only Hoists are primarily used for the vertical transport of building materials on site. They are designed to move construction materials and tools to the upper levels of buildings, quickly and safely.
Goods and Passenger Hoists
These hoists are designed with safety in mind when transporting personnel and materials. A goods and passenger hoist offers the flexibility to move materials and/or passengers, ensuring that maximum use can be made of the system. Goods and passenger hoists will improve speed and safety on site.
Transport Platforms
Transport Platforms can carry both goods and personnel and are ideal for transporting large/bulky materials unsuitable for an enclosed goods/passenger hoist.
Tower Crane Access Lifts
A Tower Crane Access Lift gives the crane operator a fast way to get to the cabin without climbing the crane structure. The access lift provides a safe and efficient way for the Crane Operator to access the crane cabin.
Installation and Removal of Construction Hoists
The Mantis Cranes Engineers will construct and dismantle the hoist supplied. Construction hoists are installed and removed using a Mobile Crane or the site Tower Crane. Once transported to site, trained Mantis Cranes Engineers will install the hoist and carry out all safety checks to ensure that the hoist works safely and efficiently.
