Mantis Cranes service team recently installed a Mantis 35.10 self-Erecting Tower Crane.  A new care development in South Elmsall, Pontefract UK Exemplar Health Care has begun the build of a new complex needs care home in South Elmsall, that’ll provide specialist nursing care for adults living with a range of complex and high acuity needs. Our Crane on Site is the Mantis 35.10 Lifting Capacity: 4,000kg @ 12.85m – 1,240kg @ 32m the hire period of this project is set be at least 27 weeks.

Exemplar Health Care’s new ‘Bennett Court’ care home is receiving a £5 million investment, which will provide specialist nursing care for 30 residents and will generate over 150 new jobs for those in the surrounding Pontefract area.

Once completed, Bennett Court’s 30 large bedrooms – each with an en-suite wet room – will provide ground floor living for adults living with dementia, acquired brain injury, complex mental health conditions and physical disabilities.

The home will be surrounded by an easy-access sensory garden and include a communal hub, living and dining spaces for residents and their friends and family to socialise.

The £5 million refurbishment started last month by construction firm, Walter Thompson, the contractor is also building Wykewood, our latest care home in Bradford, which is set to open summer 2021.
