We’ve had a Pedestrian Operated Tower Crane in Ranelagh on a hire contract with one of our partners for some time.

The project is a residential development in the heart of one of Dublin’s busiest neighborhoods. This consists of the construction of four dwellings with a total of five car parking spaces. One of the residential units will be a three-storey five-bedroom over basement house. Ranelagh is one of the areas in Dublin that is most sought after by prospective buyers and renters.

The Pedestrian Operated Crane, a Potain HDT80, is ideal for a project in a busy area like this as it can be maneuvered on site with ease and provides a jib length of 40m with a maximum lift of 6,000kg at the tower and 1,250kg at the end of the jib.
